PREBOLD, 13^th of November 2008 - Representatives of international EU project »Energy in minds!« yesterday visited BISOL. Slovenian group chose BISOL because of its advanced technological orientation in use of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency.

PREBOLD, 11^th of November 2008 – Financial crisis has not infected the growth of photovoltaic sector. Forecasts for 2020 are more than optimistic not only for further growth of the sector but also for labour market. According to European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA) photovoltaic sector currently employs 120.000 people across the world.

PREBOLD, 3^rd of October 2008 – After two years of successful production, the number of produced modules has been rapidly increasing. By the end of this year BISOL plans to manufacture 8,5 MW of photovoltaic modules, all together 11,8 MW since the very beginning in 2006. In this period BISOL’s modules contributed to the significant amount of CO₂ reduction - 10.000 tonnes. So far the modules “produced” 18.400 trees, 13.260 in this year only.

PREBOLD, 24^th of September 2008 - Next year the leading European Photovoltaic event will take place from 21^st to 25^th September 2009 at the CCH-Congress Centre in Hamburg, Germany. The “who is who” of the PV solar branch will meet to discuss the latest developments in PV science and industry. Conference is a global event which uniquely combines scientific and industrial issues from all perspectives of PV Solar technologies.
